- US shipping only…for now.
- Please allow 5-10 days for processing and an additional 1-2 weeks after processing to receive your order from USPS. Expect delays due to COVID-19.
-All orders come insured and with tracking number.
Damaged + Lost Packages:
Studio Rehn is not responsible for any packages that were damaged or lost in the hands of the carrier. If there is an item missing from your package please email studiorehn99@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please email within the 24 hour time frame or your order will not be able to be fixed.
Please keep up to date on your package by checking your tracking number and make sure either you or someone you trust is at the address provided to pick up your package at the time of arrival.
Please triple quadruple check that the address you provide is correct. Studio Rehn is not responsible for any lost packages due to the customer using the incorrect address. Keep in mind that packages are more likely to get damaged if it’s sent out, sent back and sent out again.
Refunds + Exchanges:
I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. As stated above, any damaged or lost packages under the supervision of the carrier is not the responsibility of Studio Rehn.
Candles:
All candles come with a candle care card. Remember, candles are an open flame. Studio Rehn is not responsible for any property damage caused by consumer error if you choose not to follow the advice on the cards provided.
